Flammability Hazards

Consumer products are assessed for the flammability hazards that they may pose during foreseeable use. These hazards may be the result of the product being a source of ignition or of a product that may readily ignite. Products that are assessed for these hazards include, but are not limited to, lighters, matches and cellulose insulation as well as textile products such as children's sleepwear, clothing, tents, bedding, and mattresses.
