OTTAWA - Health Canada takes all consumer incident reports very seriously, and is following up on reports involving Pampers Dry Max diapers.

Health Canada continues to work with the manufacturer, Procter and Gamble, and US officials to investigate complaints associated with these diapers.

Health Canada encourages Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of a consumer product or cosmetic. An easy-to-use incident report form is now available on the Department's website at: www.healthcanada.gc.ca/reportaproduct.
