Product Description
Yixinjiaonang is marketed as a sexual enhancement and erectile dysfunction product. This product comes in a green package.

Reason for Warning
On May 15, 2006 the New Zealand Ministry of Health issued a press release on Yixinjiaonang because the product is adulterated with tadalafil.

Possible Side Effects
The adulterant tadalafil (the generic name for Cialis) is a prescription medication which should only be used under medical supervision.

Use of tadalafil may cause serious side-effects including disturbances of the visual system, as well as increased heart rate and blood pressure. Tadalafil has been shown to interact with nitrate medications which can result in a significant drop in blood pressure.
