Product Description
AA Qu Feng Shu Jin Wan is promoted for slimming and weight loss.

Reason for Warning
The Hong Kong Department of Health requested the recall of AA Qu Feng Shu Jin Wan because it was found to contain undeclared dexamethasone.
Dexamethasone is an anti-inflammatory prescription drug commonly used to treat conditions such as arthritis and should only be used under the supervision of a health care professional.
Possible Side-Effects
Unsupervised use of dexamethasone may cause irregular heartbeat, increased blood pressure, increased cholesterol, increased blood sugar, menstrual irregularities, suppression of growth in children, fluid and electrolyte disturbances, peptic ulcer, blood disorders, allergic skin reaction, muscle and bone damage, seizures, and mental and mood disturbances. Dexamethasone should be avoided by patients with kidney problems, fungal infections or other systemic infections.
