Reason for Warning
The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) of Australia recalled VPX 'No Shotgun' and BSN 'Cell Mass' Body Building Powders, as they were found to contain coumarin, a prescription drug used to prevent blood clots. Coumarin should be taken only if prescribed and closely monitored by a health professional.
Possible Side Effects
Possible side-effects associated with drugs like coumarin include excessive bleeding. Coumarin should not be used in combination with certain medications, including antibiotics. Pregnant women and other high risk populations should not use this drug.
