Jimmy is at the clinic, with TB posters behind him, coughing. A nurse comes to great him.

Nurse - 'Hey, Skinny Jimmy. What's up?'

They embrace.

Jimmy - 'Not much. Just hangin'

Nurse - 'What's up with that cough? How long have you had it?'

Jimmy - 'I dunno. Since I started growing my 'stache, I think'.

The nurse is laughing at Jimmy.

Nurse - 'Well, how long has that been? A year?'

Jimmy - 'Nice burn. Like, three weeks or something.'

Nurse is serious, explaining what needs to get done.

Nurse - 'Three weeks coughing! You should get tested for TB. You need a chest x-ray and to cough up some phlegm for the lab.'

Jimmy - 'So, when the results come back, will I know if I have TB?'

Nurse - 'Yes, and if you do, you can start treatment right away'
