Proposed Canada Consumer Product Safety Act

The safety of Canadian consumer products, including toys, would be improved under the proposed Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. This Bill would help prevent unreasonably dangerous consumer products from being made or sold in Canada, and allow the government to respond more quickly to recall dangerous products.
