• Net operating expenditures of $128.5 M (92.4%)
• Total planned funding of $139.1M

The second graphic includes:

• Grants and contributions of $8.6 M (3.6%)
• Capital of $2.0 M (0.8%)
• Operating expenditures of $229.3M (95.6%) which includes $100.8M of revenues
• Total planned funding of $239.9M

The total planned funding increased by 72% from the first graphic ($139.1 M) to the second one ($239.9 M) due to the inclusion of revenues.
