The Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) invites the public to submit written comments on the proposed maximum residue limits (MRLs) for carfentrazone-ethyl up to 75 days from the date of publication of this consultation document. The PMRA will consider all comments received before making a final decision on the proposed MRLs for carfentrazone-ethyl.

Interested parties are encouraged to provide comments and suggestions by September 13, 2009.
Health Canada will make the results of this consultation available on this Web site. Once the decision on carfentrazone-ethyl is finalized, the PMRA will post an Established Maximum Residue Limit document on the Pesticides and Pest Management Reports and Publications portion of Health Canada's Web site.
