Consultation Document on Propylene Oxide, Proposed Maximum Residue Limit PMRL2009-09
Notice to the reader: The online consultation is now closed. Comments and suggestions received during the public consultation period are being considered in the finalization of this document. The final report will be made available as soon as possible.
The Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) invites the public to submit written comments on the proposed maximum residue limit (MRL) for propylene oxide up to 75 days from the date of publication of this consultation document. The PMRA will consider all comments received before making a final decision on the proposed MRL for propylene oxide.

This consultation is available for comment from March 31, 2009, to June 14, 2009 (75 calendar days). Open the "Consultation Document" link below to access the document. Please be sure to include the title of the consultation document on which you are commenting.
Interested parties are encouraged to provide comments and suggestions by June 14, 2009.
Reporting to Canadians
Health Canada will make the results of this consultation available on this Web site. Once the decision on propylene oxide is finalized, the PMRA will post an Established Maximum Residue Limit document on the Pesticides and Pest Management Reports and Publications portion of Health Canada's Web site.
