The Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) invites the public to submit written comments on the proposed maximum residue limit (MRL) for cyprosulfamide up to 75 days from the date of publication of this consultation document. The PMRA will consider all comments received before making a final decision on the proposed MRLs for cyprosulfamide.
This consultation is available for comment from 18 March 2011 to 31 May, 2011 (75 calendar days). Open the "Consultation Document" link below to access the document.
Interested parties are encouraged to provide comments and suggestions by 31 May, 2011.
Health Canada will make the results of this consultation available on this website. Once the decision on cyprosulfamide is finalized, the PMRA will post an Established Maximum Residue Limit document on the Pesticides and Pest Management Reports and Publications portion of Health Canada's website.
