Notice to the reader: The online consultation is now closed. Comments and suggestions received during the public consultation period are being considered in the finalization of this document. The final report will be made available as soon as possible.

The Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) invites the public to submit written comments on the proposed maximum residue limit (MRL) for trifloxystrobin up to 75 days from the date of publication of this consultation document. The PMRA will consider all comments received before making a final decision on the proposed MRLs for trifloxystrobin.

Health Canada will make the results of this consultation available on this website. Once the decision on trifloxystrobin is finalized, the PMRA will post an Established Maximum Residue Limit document on the Pesticides and Pest Management Reports and Publications portion of Health Canada's website.
