Consultation on 2,4-D, Proposed Maximum Residue Limit PMRL2012-36

The Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) invites the public to submit written comments on the proposed maximum residue limit (MRL) for 2,4-D up to 75 days from the date of publication of this consultation document. The PMRA will consider all comments received before making a final decision on the proposed MRLs for 2,4-D.

Reporting to Canadians

Health Canada will make the results of this consultation available on this website. Once the decision on 2,4-D is finalized, the PMRA will post an Established Maximum Residue Limit document on the Pesticides and Pest Management Reports and Publications portion of Health Canada's website.
