Regulatory Proposal PRO2010-04, Pesticide Labelling Framework

The Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) invites the public to submit written comments on Regulatory Proposal PRO2010-04, Pesticide Labelling Framework. This proposal is being distributed for information and comments. The PMRA will accept written comments from the public on the proposed guidance to improve statements on pest control product labels up to 90 days of publication of this document.

Interested parties are encouraged to provide comments by May 20, 2010.
Reporting to Canadians
Health Canada will make the results of this consultation available on this Web site. Once the decision on Regulatory Proposal PRO2010-04, Pesticide Labelling Framework, is finalized, the PMRA will post a Label Process Series document on the Pesticides and Pest Management Reports and Publications portion of Health Canada's website.
