Consultation on Guidance for Designing Multi Component and Peel-Back Labels of Commercial and Restricted Class Pest Control Products, Regulatory Proposal PRO2011-01

The Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) invites the public to submit written comments on Regulatory Proposal PRO2011-01, Designing Multi Component and Peel-Back Labels of Commercial and Restricted Class Pest Control Products. This proposal is being distributed for information and comments. The PMRA will accept written comments from the public on the proposed guidance to improve statements on pest control product labels up to 30 days of publication of this document.

Health Canada will make the results of this consultation available on this website. Once the decision on Regulatory Proposal PRO2011-01, Designing Multi Component and Peel-Back Labels of Commercial and Restricted Class Pest Control Products is finalized, the PMRA will post a decision on the Pesticides and Pest Management Reports and Publications portion of Health Canada's website.
