Notice to the reader: The online consultation is now closed. Comments and suggestions received during the public consultation period are being considered in the finalization of this document. The final report will be made available as soon as possible.
The Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) invites the public to submit written comments on the proposed re-evaluation decision for nabam. Proposed Re-evaluation Decision PRVD2011-03 is a consultation document that summarizes the science evaluation for nabam and presents the reasons for the proposed decision. It also proposes additional risk-reduction measures to further protect human health and the environment. The PMRA will consider all the comments received before making a final decision on nabam.

Health Canada will make the results of this consultation available on this website. Once the decision on nabam is finalized, the PMRA will post a Re-evaluation Decision on the Pesticides and Pest Management Reports and Publications portion of Health Canada's website.
