Federal, Provincial, Territorial

The Federal, Provincial, Territorial Committee on Pest Management and Pesticides (FPT Committee) was established to help strengthen FPT relationships in the area of pest management and pesticides. The Committee also provides advice and direction to FPT governments on programs, policies and issues.

A number of Working Groups report to the FPT Committee. They study an issue and make recommendations to the Committee. Working Groups comprise of stakeholder representation, which can include other government departments, environmental interest groups, industry and user associations.

This section serves as a forum service for the FPT Committee to facilitate information exchange and linkages.
