Reporting for Registrants and Applicants

On Nov. 16 2006, the Pest Control Products Incident Reporting Regulations and the Pest Control Products Sales Information and Reporting Regulations were published in Canada Gazette Part II and became enforceable. Under both sets of regulations, registrants are required to submit information to Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency.
