Under the authority of the Pest Control Products Act, Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) has converted the registration of Pyraclostrobin Technical Fungicide and the end-use products Headline EC Fungicide and Cabrio EG Fungicide from conditional to full registration, Pest Control Products Act Registration Numbers 27321, 27322 and 27323, respectively.

Corresponding new and revised MRLs were proposed in the consultation document published on 6 June 2008, Proposed Maximum Residue Limit PMRL2008-25, Pyraclostrobin. The PMRA received no comments in response to this consultation.

To comply with Canada's international trade obligations, consultation on the proposed MRLs was also conducted internationally by notifying the World Trade Organization, as coordinated by the Standards Council of Canada. No comments were received as a result of the World Trade Organization consultation.

The following MRLs are legally in effect as of the publication date of this document and either replace or are in addition to the MRLs already established for pyraclostrobin.
