Under the authority of the Next link will take you to another Web site Pest Control Products Act, Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) has established maximum residue limits (MRLs) for pyraclostrobin in or on leafy vegetables (Crop Groups 4 and 5), citrus fruits (Crop Group 10), pome fruits (Crop Group 11), citrus oil, hops, mangoes, mint, papayas, strawberries, sunflower seeds and turnip tops to permit the import and sale of foods containing these residues.

Corresponding import MRLs were proposed in the consultation document published on 11 August 2008, Proposed Maximum Residue Limit PMRL2008-26, Pyraclostrobin. The PMRA received no comments in response to this consultation.

To comply with Canada's international trade obligations, consultation on the proposed MRLs was also conducted internationally by notifying the World Trade Organization, as coordinated by the Standards Council of Canada. No comments were received as a result of the World Trade Organization consultation.

The following MRLs are legally in effect as of the publication date of this document and are in addition to the MRLs already established for pyraclostrobin.
