Under the authority of the Next link will take you to another Web site Pest Control Products Act, Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) has added new uses on legume vegetables (Crop Group 6) to the product label of Movento 240 SC Insecticide, containing technical grade spirotetramat. The specific uses approved in Canada are detailed on the label of Movento 240 SC Insecticide, Pest Control Products Act Registration Number 28953.

Corresponding maximum residue limits (MRLs) were proposed in the consultation document published on 22 November 2010, Proposed Maximum Residue Limit PMRL2010-64, Spirotetramat. In addition, import MRLs for spirotetramat in or on cotton seeds and certain tropical fruits were proposed in PMRL2010-64. The PMRA received no comments in response to this consultation.

To comply with Canada's international trade obligations, consultation on the proposed MRLs was also conducted internationally by notifying the Next link will take you to another Web site World Trade Organization, as coordinated by the Next link will take you to another Web site Standards Council of Canada. No comments were received as a result of the World Trade Organization consultation.

The following MRLs take legal effect in Canada as of the publication date of this document and are in addition to the MRLs already established for spirotetramat.
