Summary

The purpose of this Re-evaluation Decision Document (RRD) is to notify registrants, pesticide regulatory officials and the Canadian public that the re-evaluation of sodium dichloro-s-triazinetrione (SDT) and trichloro-s-triazinetrione (TST) is now complete.

Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) has determined that SDT and TST are acceptable for continued registration, consistent with the Proposed Acceptability for Continuing Registration (PACR) document, PACR2004-25, Re-evaluation of Sodium Dichloro-s-triazinetrione and Trichloro-s-triazinetrione, published on 30 June 2004, provided that the mitigation measures included in the PACR are adopted.
