Mutual Recognition Agreements

Canada is a participant to several Mutual Recognition Agreements (MRAs) covering drug/medicinal products Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Compliance Programmes. For Canada, the Health Products and Food Branch (HPFB) of Health Canada is the regulatory authority responsible for these MRAs. The HPFB Inspectorate is administering the drug/medicinal products GMP Compliance Programme.
