Notice - Policy on Importations of Drugs for Human use including Natural Health Products (POL-0019)

The Policy on Importations of Drugs for Human Use Including Natural Health Products into Canada (POL-0019) published in April 2006 has been replaced by the Import and Export Policy for Health Products under the Food and Drug Act and its Regulations (POL-0060) and the Import Requirements for Health Products under the Food and Drug Act and its Regulations (GUI-0084).

Notice - Guidance on the Commercial Importation and Exportation of Drugs in Dosage Form under the Food and Drugs Act (GUI-0057)

The Guidance on the Commercial Importation and Exportation of Drugs in Dosage Form under the Food and Drugs Act (GUI-0057) published in January 2008 has been replaced by the Import and Export Policy for Health Products under the Food and Drug Act and its Regulations (POL-0060).
