They have 15 years experience with plant made pharmaceuticals, new agricultural crops, nutraceuticals and reclamation programs. The company was awarded the Health Canada contract for the cultivation and fabrication of medical marihuana in December 2000. The PPS marihuana for medical purposes program operates in the biosecure underground growth chamber in Flin Flon, Manitoba.

Under the terms of the five-year contract PPS signed with Health Canada, the company has:
