Implementation Plan Between the European Commission, European Medicines Agency and Health Canada [2009-04-08]
The Health Products and Food Branch (HPFB) of Health Canada, European Medicines Agency (EMEA) and the European Commission (EC) have published the Implementation Plan for the regulatory co-operation on medicinal products. This plan follows the exchange of letters, which includes confidentiality provisions, signed by the HPFB, EMEA and the EC on December 7, 2007.
