Description - Figure 1: Concentration-Time Profile for Subject A
Figure 1 is a line graph showing concentration (in ng/mL) versus time (in hours) profiles, from 0 to 16 hours, for Test and Reference formulations in subject A.
- At 0.0 hours the concentration for Test is at 0 ng/mL and Reference is also at 0 ng/mL
- At 0.33 hours the concentration for the Test is at 0 ng/mL and Reference is also at 0 ng/mL
- At 0.66 hours the concentration for Test is at 52.01 ng/mL and Reference is at 116.40 ng/mL
- At 1.0 hours the concentration for Test is at 95.03 ng/mL and Reference is at 124.60 ng/mL
- At 1.5 hours the concentration for Test is at 122.20 ng/mL and Reference is at 126.20 ng/mL
- At 2.0 hours the concentration for Test is at 77.88 ng/mL and Reference is at 107.60 ng/mL
- At 3.0 hours the concentration for Test is at 65.15 ng/mL and Reference is at 45.65 ng/mL
- At 4.0 hours the concentration for Test is at 46.24 ng/mL and Reference is at 33.22 ng/mL
- At 6.0 hours the concentration for Test is at 19.20 ng/mL and Reference is at 16.11 ng/mL
- At 8.0 hours the concentration for Test is at 14.99 ng/mL and Reference is at 12.60 ng/mL.
At 12.0 and 16.0 hours, the concentrations for test and reference formulations were below the limit of quantitation and no points appear on the graph.
