Important: Contents of one vial of adjuvant emulsion added to the contents of one vial of antigen suspension equals 10 vaccine doses.

Step 1: With a syringe withdraw 100 percent of the contents of the vial containing the adjuvant emulsion.

Step 2: Add 100 percent of the content of the syringe into the vial containing the antigen suspension.

Step 3: Shake the vial containing the mixture of adjuvant and antigen well.
