Dear Stakeholder:

We are writing to inform you that effective immediately, sponsors who file or have filed drug submissions to the Veterinary Drugs Directorate will be able to gain access to information regarding the review progress of their submissions via the Drug Submission Tracking System - Industry Access (DSTS-IA).

DSTS-IA enables you to track relevant information pertaining to your submission online, such as the submission status, the review status in each applicable review stream, and the issuance and receipt status of outgoing and incoming documents respectively. DSTS-IA offers an easy method to instantly obtain up-to-date information on your submission, at your own convenience.

In order to use DSTS-IA, an account must be requested. Accounts will be issued to individuals within a company. To request an account, a formal request should be submitted to the following address, to the attention of Richard Dubé:

Your request should consist of the following:

1. Registration Form;
2. Acceptable Use Policy and Agreement (AUPA), signed and dated by the individual to whom the account is to be issued; and
3. authorization letter, signed and dated by an approved representative of the company whose information will be accessed.
