Public Consultation on Proposed Residential Indoor Air Quality Guideline for Naphthalene

The Minister of Health is giving notice of a Next link will take you to another Web site Proposed Residential Indoor Air Quality Guideline for Naphthalene. This document provides a detailed technical review of the science of the health effects of naphthalene, and includes a new health-based reference concentration for naphthalene in air. Health Canada is soliciting comments from interested individuals and groups on the Proposed Guideline.

This consultation is open for comment starting October 13, 2012 until December 14, 2012. Interested stakeholders who wish to comment can request an electronic copy of the consultation document via email.
