Public Consultation on Proposed Residential Indoor Air Quality Guideline for Nitrogen Dioxide

The Minister of Health is giving notice of a Proposed Residential Indoor Air Quality Guideline for Nitrogen Dioxide. This document provides a detailed technical scientific review of the science of the health effects of nitrogen dioxide, and includes a new health-based reference concentration for nitrogen dioxide in air. Health Canada is soliciting comments from interested individuals and groups on the Proposed Guideline.

How to Get Involved

This consultation is open for comment starting January 16 until March 16, 2015. Interested stakeholders who wish to comment can request an electronic copy of the consultation document via email.
