The National Calibration Reference Centre (NCRC) is committed to understanding our clients' needs and expectations through a high level of client involvement and interaction. Each year, as part of this committment, NCRC clients are requested to complete a questionnaire. From the completed questionnaire, the NCRC can decide if any actions are necessary to improve the service it offers to its clients. Where an individual client has a specific comment or concern, they are contacted personally to explain how the NCRC is responding to their request. All clients are sent a letter summarizing what actions the NCRC is undertaking to improve its services as a result of their valuable input.
