Objectives

• to meet clients' certification requirements under the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission Regulatory Standard, S-106, "Technical and Quality Assurance Standards for Dosimetry Services in Canada.", March 20, 1998,
  
  
• to regularly update our understanding of client requirements, expectations, and satisfaction through a high level of client involvement and interaction,
  
  
• to review and improve the quality of products and services offered by complying with requirements and continually improving the effectiveness of the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system
  
  
• to ensure that each member of the NCRC is a well-trained, valued and motivated expert, dedicated to service, quality work and communication,
  
  
• to consider the impact of activities on the safety and well being of staff, clients and the environment and ensure risks are minimized or eliminated.
