A mortality curve for Winnipeg shows the relationship between heat and deaths. The daily maximum temperature in degrees Celsius is on the bottom of the graph (x-axis) and number of deaths measured in terms of relative mortality (%) is along the side (y-axis). The amount of deaths related to heat increases above 100% at about 27 degrees. This is with a 95% confidence interval.
