Graph shows, gender by dependent care, the relationship between just work harder and work-to-family interference and suggests that employees with heavier demands and expectations at work, and who cope by working harder, experience higher levels of work-to-family interference.  This higher level of work-to-family interference is strongly associated with men and women with dependent care responsibilities.
