Graph shows, gender by dependent care, the relationship between just work harder and family-to-family interference and suggests that employees with heavier demands and expectations at work, and who cope by working harder, experience higher levels of family-to-work interference.  This higher level of family-to-work interference is strongly associated with men and women with dependent care responsibilities.
