Graph shows, role overload (gender by dependent care analysis) the relationship between leaving things undone around the house and work-life conflict and indicates when this strategy is used in moderation (i.e. weekly), it seems to help with role overload (i.e. no increase in role overload noted between low and moderate use of the strategy).
