The Mexico-US-Canada Health Fraud Group (MUCH) is committed to combating health fraud through compliance and enforcement actions, as well as educating consumers in the three countries to recognize the problems that deceptive and fraudulent weight-loss, diabetes and cure-all products, and services cause to their health and economy. From 2003-2005, the MUCH group undertook an aggressive campaign against fraudulent weight-loss products. The group is currently targeting fraudulent diabetes and cure-all products.
