Description - 5.2 iii) English Unilingual Vertical and iv) French Unilingual Vertical

The English unilingual vertical label shows English text presented in a vertical manner. The English Text is provided in the description. The French equivalent text is presented in the French unilingual vertical label.

1st row of text: Raw ground meat and raw ground poultry may contain bacteria that could cause illness if mishandled or cooked improperly. Do not consume any portion raw.

2nd row of text: Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Separate raw meats from ready-to-eat foods.

3rd row of text: Cook to a safe internal temperature – ground meat to 71°C (100°F), ground poultry to 74°C (165°F).

4th row of text: Thoroughly wash working surfaces, utensils and hands after contact with raw ground meat or raw ground poultry.
