Complete Medium:
Add ingredients to 1.0 L of cold distilled water and heat to boiling to dissolve completely. Do not autoclave. Temper to 45-50oC . Verify final pH of 6.8 " 0.1 and adjust if necessary. Dispense into Petri dishes.

Complete Medium:
Dissolve basal ingredients in distilled water and adjust pH to 7.5 " 0.1. Autoclave for 15 min at 121oC. Cool to 50oC and just before use add the filter sterilized antibiotics.

Complete Medium:
Add ingredients, except Tween 20 to distilled water. Mix and adjust pH to 7.4. Add Tween 20. Store frozen and thaw before use.

Complete Medium:
CAUTION: Basic fuchsin is a potential carcinogen and care must be taken to avoid inhalation of the powdered dye and contact with the skin and eyes. Wear suitable protective clothing.
Add ingredients to 1.0 L of distilled water, heat to boiling until solution is complete. Autoclave at 121oC for 15 min. Mix thoroughly while dispensing to evenly disperse the percipitate and pour 15.0-20.0 mL amounts into Petri plates. Use immediately.
