Safe Food Handling

Many cases of food poisoning occur as a result of improper food handling. Symptoms may include stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or fever. In rare cases, food poisoning can lead to serious complications and even death. Most cases of food poisoning can be completely avoided if food is handled properly.
