Fee-for-Service (Health Information and Claims Processing Service): 194.3 million dollars and 88.7 percent of total; Contribution Agreements: 12.2 million dollars and 5.6 percent of total; Contract Dentists: 9.5 million dollars and 4.3 percent of total; and, Other Costs: 3 million dollars and 1.4 percent of total. Total NIHB Dental expenditures in 2011/2012 were 219.1 million dollars.
