First Nations & Inuit Health

Saskatchewan

Access to these centres is available to all First Nations and Inuit individuals.  Individuals not residing in within Saskatchewan, require approval to attend the centre is by your regional NNADAP Program Consultant and Regional Non - Insured Health Benefits Program.

Individuals wishing to access Saskatchewan regional centres are to be referred to the centre by their community NNADAP worker, addictions worker, or health professional.  Self referrals will also be accepted.

Clients entering in – patient treatment require to complete a medical examination prior to admission to ensure that they are in optimal health to complete the program.

All referrals are to be sent directly to the centre, and will be reviewed by the centre’s intake staff to ensure that an individual meets the programs requirements.

If you have any additional questions please feel free to contact the Saskatchewan Region’s NNADAP Program Manager at (306) 780-8392 or the main Saskatchewan Regional Office number (306) 780-5449 or (306) 780-5038.
