Whenever you set a goal, you set yourself apart from those who are never inspired to achieve. Whenever you make a plan to pursue your goal, you set yourself apart from those who merely dream and wish. Whenever you act on that plan, you set yourself apart from those who lack the courage to try. Whenever you slip or stumble and then try again, you set yourself apart from those who merely accept defeat.
With quitting, as with every form of positive change, success isn't just something you find -- it's something you create over time. You build it, piece by piece, with every positive action you take. The more you really try, the more success you have, the more you want, and the more you will get.

Review your personal smoking profile again to fully understand your smoking habits, including your triggers and routines. Practice taking control by changing at least some of your smoking patterns, and by resisting or delaying the urge to light up. Think of all you have to gain, until you can really see that quitting smoking iss something you want to do, not just something you have to do.
Remember each success. Recognize that you have a real and honest reason to feel good about yourself. It won't take long before you see that choosing not to smoke is the best feeling of all!
