Road and Driving

Canada has one of the highest per capita vehicle ownership rates in the world. Vehicle occupants account for approximately three quarters of all road users killed and seriously injured each year. Children depend on parents and caregivers to help make sure they are safe in the car, on the sidewalk, learning to ride a bike or roller blade. Regardless of our age or mode of transportation, there are issues to be aware of to maintain our safety on the road.
