Health Canada Fellowship Programs

Currently, Health Canada has one fellowship program: the Visiting Fellowships Program. This program gives us the opportunity to support promising researchers and scientists and to advance the research and innovation that takes place in our labs. All of this lets Health Canada better meet your changing health needs by helping to

• Promote awareness about research and careers in science at Health Canada;
• Encourage partnerships between governments and universities; and
• Enhance Health Canada's research and policy environment.

What Information is Available

This section offers more information on the federal government's Visiting Fellowships Program. The program provides financial support for scientists so that they can work with Canadian government laboratories and research institutions, including those at Health Canada. This program allows developing scientists to work with experienced Health Canada scientists and researchers in a variety of science fields.
